About Us

LET'S ENJOY LIFE, LOVE, PEACE, LIVING AND UNITY!

I like songs that made a difference to people during my life, that tell stories and make people think about each other to make a good difference to communities and sharing a life with each other like Dylan, Lennon and Guthrie did. Songs about the people, songs about things important to the people and living

Why we play music

Music brings people together, songs tell stories and people live to make stories.  Music can bring unity, and end division. Music can bring joy, laughter, release and peace.  We like to play some originals but especially great songs by great artists that need to be remembered in today's world, that remind us of what people stood for and the things they fought for to make living so full of life and wonder before people forget and it's lost again.

Bella Q

"Jack of all Trades", the person aka "BellaQ", sidelines as producer & general artist intermittently for charity/ special events, promotions and might be found singing, scatting jazz, and playing various instruments in folk, country or whichever way a wind blows. Performing professionally in groups in lead & instrumentals since early childhood to teens in acoustic regional events and folk music festivals, she started training by age 8 through a former golden era American Playhouse Theater director/stage artist in classical, Broadway & world folk in voice & multiple instruments. Then added stage acting and even oil/acrylic paintings by her 20s. Vocally she continued with Roscoe Gill Jr., then Owen Brown Jr. in gospel, jazz and modern styles. As a curious student of life in unrelated fields, she has rarely performed professionally since until reinvented as Bella Q as a "global challenge years" hobby. Now she enjoys playing solo or with others & composing originals. In her "other life", she has extensive experience of functional health, fitness and supplement nutrition sciences, plus traditional healing arts like indigenous Quechua & TCM, with a passion for an integrative view of gut through ecosystem balance to optimize wellness.
