In the 50s & 60s, music like rock 'n roll, blues and folk were raw and awesome. And it was about people, life, living and what was happening. My earliest memories of the car radio my mom was driving had new Simon & Garfunkel or Dylan songs I heard for the first time. Hearing Cream and Beach Boys and Beatles songs that meant something. And music was honest and talked about celebrating life, standing up for truth and believing in people. Sometimes music was written to fight for rights and enlighten people. Sometimes it was written to fight for a better world, for the right to democracy, or to celebrate country and community. Music should be honest and real and above all, bring people together to remember the good things while standing together for the right things so life can be better. I came up with this band because I care about the world and share music for the people, by music people and give it back to the people to celebrate peace, love, community, diversity, unity and honor all the great music and musicians who made me love music and people!
